I'm Clarissa Panisales, 23 years old.

I am an aspiring, flexible, and self-motivated Virtual Assistant. I have undergone thorough training, with hands-on experience where I gained excellent skills and great knowledge on how to become an organized, responsible, and reliable VA that not only gets the job done but also determined to provide quality work and client satisfaction. I am very dedicated and passionate in everything that I do.

I have also worked as a Customer Service Specialist for over 4 years, centered with customer satisfaction. I have experience with handling customer complaints thru phone, email, or chat and provide appropriate solutions.
